ARDEX R 3 E is a moisture-tolerant Epoxy primer. For use on damp surfaces and can be sand blinded for thicker flooring systems and is solvent-free.
For use on concrete and cementitious surfaces that have damp surfaces, prior to the installation of polyurethane screeds and self-smoothing epoxy floor coatings.
